Comes in handy on any vertical pursuit.
The lightweight yet incredibly strong nylon webbing material makes this sling ideal for extending placements and building anchors.
Multiple loops helps the climber to have the ability to use the different lengths based on the needs.
8+1 loops sewn together to make a total length of 55".
Meets about 4950lbs breaking strength on each individual loop
Very skeptical. Was supposed to be by "Geelife", but packaging doesn't mention them at all, and is in fact all in Chinese. The anchor seems sound enough, but I struggle to literally hang my life on something that doesn't even line up with what was advertised. And for a piece of safety gear, I want to be able to read the packaging! As it is, I get the vibes of inferior substitute gears being shipped in place of what was listed.
So this product isn't actually certified for outdoor use like the PAS made my Black Diamond or Marmot so I returned it. Also, this is REALLY long. If you're a climber and on personal at the top of a route and something goes wrong, you're still going to fall a fair distance and swing more than you would with a shorter PAS. Just isn't a product I'd use for climbing.
I was using a homemade prussik loop anchor before i got this and wow is this a step up. The length is amazing and the daisy chain setup is so convinient and safe. I reccomend 2 caribeeners, one on the clipping end and one on the harness end to adjust the length.
Used for work positioning. Pick a loop, notice the color & repeat makes this chain simple to use & efficient.
Bought it for my rock climbing school. I always have it on my harness and works well. it makes cleaning routes quickly and easily..
It's quality but the chain is very long. I have to almost double it up to keep it out of my way while climbing. Bulky in general and the plasticky webbing make my not like it even with the low price.
Works as designed and a good value.
I needed a personal anchor for setting routes. This PAS does the job. It is longer than I expected, which is a plus when trying to reach akward places. I am super impressed. Would buy again.
