1 x Prusik Loop (Note: Carabiners are not include in package)
I bought 2 of these cords to attach to my lanyard with micro pulleys. I like the ability to make asymmetric prusiks and other friction devices that can't be done with a loop. These cords appear to be well made, were easy to tie and once dressed held tight.
The sewn eyes are nicely done. That’s it for the good. I tried prusiks and distal hitches On 9, 10 & 12 mm climbing rope. This rope stock is too stiff to let any friction hitch grab. I tried working it in but it’s not worth risking my life. I’ll use it to hold things at ground level.
This was exactly as pictured, excellent quality for my use- I would buy more if they came in longer lengths!
Good product for tree work.
Too Stiff and way too short to to be useful anything! CANNOT be used for a live/standing line prusik. Plus a load of ant substance will break the eyelets, their plastic. Complete waste of money and time.
Heavy duty stitching, metal "grommet" ends, high quality materials. Very well made when your life hangs in the balance.
I'm not a climber but will use this when logging as a Prusik on a load line. Very stiff line but rubbed some dirt on it and twisted it and it cinch down tightly and released nicely.
