I really like Defender's compression shirts. I have a larger than average chest, and usually wear a Medium shirt. The Medium compression shirt stretches out and provides a firm but comfortable fit.

I've been using the same pairs of shirts for months and they show no sign of wear. The tag suggests that you should wash and dry it under very conservative settings; I completely ignore those and wash on the regular settings I use for my exercise clothing (basically hot/high heat) and haven't noticed any problems as far as reliability or fit.

Love this new compression shirt, looks awesome!! The fit is good but I think I'm right in between sizes. I am 6ft and 195 lbs and I ordered the 2XL which fits great but another compression shirt I ordered ( different company ) has stretch out over time and is a little loose around the neck.
I'm gonna hold on to this one but I just ordered another Defender Compression Shirt in a different color in an XL so will see if that's to tight or just right. I'll update this in a week, 3-12-2018, and let you know which one fits better. Great shirt so far!!

This is a really nice compression shirt. The stitching is heavy duty with a good quality material, perhaps just a hair thinner than the brand names. But it provides the same amount of compression as the brand name ones I have, at a much lower price. For size comparison, I'm 5'8, 170 with an athletic / muscular build. I purchased the medium which provides a nice snug fit.

I ordered one size up from my normal size and this was too tight. I want this for hockey as a compression top, but it's way too tight. I gave it to my son and he's ok with it. I can't say if it's a long-lasting sound product but the sizing is very off from what US sizes are and not good if you can't wear it.

The large shirt is tight, but well stretchable, for my regular size of large, 5'10" 165 lbs, but it is great for biking. I have used it for seven 29 mile rides so far, with one hand washing, line drying, and it it will be good for spring, summer, fall riding in Bakersfield. As the weather cools, I will use it s a base layer.

I'm using this towards a costume but will continue to use it when working out. Over all its a nice comfortable shirt, as long as you read the size chart it should fit you. The logos are also easy to remove if you need them to be removed. This fit as expected, its hard to find shirts that fit me because I have broad shoulders and a thinner waist this fit perfectly.

I like shirts that contain spandex, but I don't want something too clingy. When I buy Under Armour, I get "fitted", but I get XL so that it fits fairly loosely. To try to get the same fit with this compression shirt, I ordered 2X, but it was still too tight. I have a 46" chest. And it's borderline too short, too.

Fantastic for the price, but get one size up unless you really want to be compressed! I am 5'11", 185 lbs, athletic build I would typically take a "L" trim or slim fit in most shirts, the XL is the perfect fit for this shirt. Good compression, arm holes are tight across the biceps, but not bunched through the shoulders. I'm using this for an ice-hockey base layer and it's perfect.

I did not get on with these tops, probably should of ordered a medium, but the large fitted around the neck and arms but a little loose around the body, also the material just didn't feel strong/stretchy enough for a compression top,

if the company was willing to send me a medium I would re right the review if my opinion changed, but as it stands I didn't want to take the chance,

Good fit, I bought a large and I am in the process of losing weight so am probably at the top end of the "large" scale. This top fits well, offers good compression, and should last as I try and lose another stone!

Great fit but don't leave it on all day or you'll get too hot! Really good at compressing body so you actually look physical better. Good value for money.

Excellent item wore it for the full tough mudder north west and kept all the mud at bay. Superb combo with the leggings
