This product is awful. The arms are loose and the connection to the racks is loose .Customer support from the company is also terrible .Dont buy it !

Product is a good design. But the quality Deapartment needs to double check before packing this up. Missing bolts and nuts.

I've owned this system for about 4 years and have thousands of miles carrying a variety of SUP's to and from races across the midwest. I've carried everything from an 11'6" x 33" surf style to a variety of 14' raceboards. Two boards, no problem. Though two boards with high volume noses like a SIC RS, is a tight fit. Two suf styles fit easy. I've even used the rack to carry a ladder.

The system is absolutely flawless.

My favorite part of having a lock rack is after the race when people are messing with straps, it takes me less than 30 seconds to load up. It takes longer to get the board in the bag than it does to secure it to my roof.

Also, no chance of damaging the board from over tightening straps. I also don't worry about theft, it would be easier to steal the car than it would to get my board off the roof without the key.

I show my lockrack to just about anyone who will listen, it's that good.

I have the single SUP lock rack system. I love it! It is simple to use and easy to install. I just moved it from my old car to my new car. I bought it with the intention of interchanging arms from single to double for flexibility. The only reason I am not giving it a 5 star is because I cannot get through to Lockrackus to purchase only the double sup arms.

Customer service is horrible now compared to when I bought this 3 years ago. I’m so disappointed that I have to beg to buy something from them. The component quality is good. Customer service, not so much.

I have had my Lockracks for four years. My kayak and SUP are very secure. No need to mess with straps.
