Update:
I am amazed and very happy with the purchase. They’re extremely light and provide sufficient force in the paddle on slight winds and against current and can take a bit of abuse! Just be very careful not to drop them when disassembled onto hard surfaces as the tubes may bend and therefore make it either difficult or impossible to reassemble this happened to me and made it slightly more pressed against the tube so there was actually less play but definitely was still able to disassemble with ease. This was my fault for not being careful and taking them out of their included storage mesh bag.

Original review:
I really like the color and look of it I have no idea if it is functional as I am new to pack rafting and wanted to get something very light and portable and this is perfect for that! I have no clue how it’s supposed to perform in water but I don’t intend going open ocean or whitewater rafting on this anyway so the portability and build is really good I attached pictures of the blades as I couldn’t distinguís them in the description photos. The color is more of a space gray tone and the paddles are black and of plastic material.

This is unbeatable for the price. I found one other brand that was lighter, but it was very expensive. At 23oz, you still get a long, usable paddle. I will take this along with my pack raft when backpacking. The smaller pole diameter feels strange since I'm used to my kayaking paddle, but still large enough to get a good grip.

Sorry for my english, i'm russian. The paddles really very lightweight and compact, because they are four piece, 24,5 inch long then dismantled. Assembled length is 88 inch. I pack them in 45 l backpack and use with small packraft klymit lite water dinghy. The price was adequate (i ordered them in February) . The workmanship is high.

Paddle is perfect for price. The blade is smaller than expected, but it works great. I used it with my Alpacka Pack Raft. The blades are plastic, it is light, it breaks in 4 parts. I bought it so I would not have to worry about breaking a carbon fiber one when traveling. I used it on class I and II Rivers. I would like the paddle blade to be bigger, but it works. Worth $45

I purchased this to go along with my Advanced Elememts Kayak. I wanted a lightweight paddle to travel with. It is light. The paddle is smaller than a regular paddle, I was expecting that from other reviews. The length is good. The reason I gave it a 4.75 star is the Bar diameter is smaller than I expected and it is slick. I used it for the first time yesterday and I woke with my wrists is so much pain. I use kayak gloves and it helped a little but not enough. Because the grip is narrow and it is slick, I was gripping it a bit more than normal. Today I am suffering for it. I will pick up some grip tape and hope that that resolves the problem. I will know more about the durability as I use it more.

I bought this paddle to go along with my Klymit LWD for packcrafting. This paddle is light, strong, and does its job well. I was very surprised by how light it is - the more expensive paddles do not save you much in weight. It fits together easily, and packs on the side of my pack well. It is made very well, and does not feel flimsy or as if it will have any problems.

Love this 4-piece lightweight paddle for my 36oz inflatable Klymit Litewater Dinghy. Works great and breaks down to strap into the side mesh holder of my backpack. Not sure if it's too small for paddling my inflatable 2-person kayak, though, cause one trip we just could not make headway against wind and current. Otherwise, it's perfect.

Paddles might not be the most efficient, but for around 2lbs for the paddle, they work fine on flat water when I go backpacking. The first ones I got got stuck together real bad and I could not seperate two of the pieces for the life of me. I ended up returning that and buying another paddle. This time with no issues.

This paddle is light and inexpensive. Not to say that it isn't solid enough, but the blades have been kept small to avoid overpowering this paddle. As a remote touring paddle on flat water, it is adequate, but most will grow weary of the small blades if they are trying to cover larger distances. Overall, it is a great value for those seeking something light enough to carry on their backs or on their bikes.

I bought this for packrafting. At 224cm I like the length (I'm 5'6"). It is super light and I also like the small shaft (hard to find in 4pc). I have compared only to the "airhead" 4pc sold by Amazon and I find it much heavier and i over power my packraft. I also have tried a carbon Werner cameno and I prefer this paddle for packrafting so far.

Very nice collapsible kayak paddles. A lot sturdier than I thought they would be for something so light. Quality of material is very good.

Loved this product!! Very light and compact. The length is perfect for a women or a man. Used it for a homemade Kayak.

Good quality and great for packing. The paddles are a bit small but still do the trick
