Bought the large to fit under my son's football helmet for a cold game. He's 5'10". It worked out well. It's stretchy, so it will easily fit a larger or smaller head with no problems. The only minor issue that doesn't make it 5 stars is that the stitching by the forehead is off. It doesn't affect the functionality of it, but it looks a little weird. Overall I recommend this balaclava. |
*I recommend getting size large! They are very stretchy, so I believe large to be a one-size-fits-all. The mediums were a bit too snug. |
this has replaced all of my winter gear! no more keeping track of beanies, scarves, or ear muffs. keeps me warm and fits inside my breast coat pocket so when i'm not wearing it - it's stored with my winter coat. |
Used during a sub 30 degree 5k, honestly worked well enough I had to move it away from my face further and further as the race continued. Worked well but the seam cut into my face as a tried to wear it in the different styles. Honestly worked out pretty well though. |
