I used these to make rifle slings because I couldn't find the style sling that I wanted. I like them better than the QD style because they're easier to take off the rifle when needed. Get a few of these clips, some tubular webbing, and a few triglides and you can make any kind of sling you want.

They're made in Asia but I can't find 1.25" clips like these made in the USA. They seem strong enough but the paint doesn't last too long on them with the metal-to-metal contact. See the attached images. I've carried the carbine 3-4 times now to get that much wear on the clips. I don't really care all that much but I did remove a star due to it.

I used these to make some key chains. I've had a problem with the light weight carabiners coming apart and my keys ending up on the ground. These clips aren't as easy to get on my belt loops as a carabiner, but I can't see it ever coming apart. I even used on to make a paracord rifle strap.

I have a cargo net with 1" straps. I bought the 1" hooks. I didn't take into account the small metal piece on my straps (that is barely over 1") and they didn't fit. The 1.25" fit great though.

And I like the enlarged mouth, the were key to being able to hook onto these eyebolts in my jeep. https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B077MNY8NG/ref=oh_aui_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1

This is a simple and well made product. I've used these hooks on countless airsoft and real guns. I play airsoft pretty aggressively and these hooks have held up with no issues. The same can be said about their durability on my real rifles. No complaints from me!

I have these installed on my home defense shottys. I made slings and used these on my sling mounting loops. Theyre a bit clickity. I only wish they were some kind of steel instead of cast. They could stand to be a touch thinner in the hook to make for easier movement from one side to the next without binding. If I was to build slings again, I would rather have seen these in person before purchasing since I'm picky.

I bought these to use as rifle sling clips ... they look like a factory HK rifle sling hook but aren't as well make ... of course the HK sling hook is 4-5 times the price. Since I'm not going to war anytime soon, their fine.

These are soft steel, that is painted black. I installed one on a sling for a Serbian M70 NPAP. The paint immediately peeled, and the steel was easily scratched/gouged from just normal movement. I gave them to my wife to use on purse straps, and/or anything that need not stand for hard use.

I use these for keychains, zipper pulls on my Jeep softtop and as my support straps on my pulls door removal system. They hold 57 pound doors up, so no complaints.
