About Swagman
"Ride, paddle, explore: seek your adventure"

That philosophy was the intention of founders Jim and Jan Morris who saw an opportunity to create a better way to transport your bike back in the early 90’s. Swagman was one of the first companies worldwide to design and market a hitch style bike rack. Over the years, that small bike rack company based in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia grew to include numerous other ground breaking designs in the North American Bicycle, RV and Automobile markets.

Well built but not a good / secure Mount to frame. Moved around after tightened, so I returned it.

I mounted this on the front of my Palomini trailer. Very well made and works perfectly for mounting a bike rack.

Holes are not predrilled.

The unit should be about 6-8” taller to accommodate a 4 bike hitch rack

Difficult for 1 person to install as pole fall into each other and will not move unless twisted. Probably could be avoided if slot holes were predrilled.

Description says "most RVs" this is true, it did not fit mine. The 6 inch frame was not the issue, longer bolts cured that.
My problem is the length of the tongue of my travel trailer, it's very short. The swagman rack mounts to far forward on our trailer and the bikes in my rack would hit my tow vehicle while making tights turns

Utiliser pour l'avant de la roulotte(pour support de vélos), quelques minutes et le tout était installé. Leger, semble robuste.

The worst invention ever made. It wouldn't even attach to my trailer hitch made from 6" rectangular tubing. I'm guessing they made it for 4 in rectangle tubing. The only way I can get this thing to work is it a weld it directly to my trailer hitch, what a big disappointment.

Assez facile à installé bonne solidité ne bouge pas , par contre j'aurait aimé avoir une prise 1 pouce et demi pour ne pas avoir à utiliser un adapteur 2 pouces,

Easy to install.. sturdy, good quality. Much better than the rear of rv and not knowing if the bikes are ok.

Rapport qualité prix est parfait
