While it did as advertised I needed something that had protection between front teeth without being a full mouthpiece. I thought the “U” shaped part would cover the front teeth but it sits behind them.

I've noticed I tend to grind my teeth during heavy lifts at the gym, wanted to try this product out to see if it would help and it does just fine. Helps me focus more on the workout and lets me bite down without worry. Take your time molding it so it fits nicely on your teeth

Excellent mouthpiece for the money. Just needed a little something to take the pressure off my teeth. I’m sure the fancy high-dollar ones are amazing but this serves its purpose just fine as far as I’m concerned.
