My ProSport8 has worked flawlessly through the years. Since I upgraded to 3 deep cycle batteries for trolling and powering electronics, I needed a triple bank. They just work which is all that I ask for in a charger.

November 2020 - Update
In May 2020, I bought 2 new 31 class deep cycle batteries. In June I bought this charger,
After being off the lake for a couple of months due to Covid and work schedules, I finally took the boat out. We have a 20 amp charger with 2 deep cycle and 1 starter batter connections. After about 20 minutes, our 24VDC trolling motor seemed to lose power. I did a quick voltage check and one of the batteries was down to 2.5VDC.
We reconected the charger and it showed charging. the nest day it showed a full charge. Out on the lake, the same battery died again.
After pulling the battery, we found the electrolyte had all boiled out. WTH??? When we're not using the boat, we leave this charger plugged in. It is supposed to monitor the batteries and keep them topped off properly, not overcharge them.
for a $180.00 charger and now a potential bad $120.00 battery I might be out $300.00. I might have to buy a new battery and if I do I will NOT use this darned charger any more.

Bought this one to replace the one on my 2009 Skeeter ZX200,
Was real careful to install it just right, zip ties all the slack in the lines ensuring it was secure and a professional install. Plugged it in and nothing, checked the power nothing. Remove it checking for a fuse none. Thanks prosport, I love manual labor with no results. Now I get to do it again. Check it before install, good luck.

I bought the predecessor to this in early 2008 and it just quit working. This one is updated and has additional features and it is so nice being able to leave it on and not worry about the batteries over charging. It is used on batteries for twin Crusader 454s as well as a generator battery. would recommend it.

Had the charger for about a month so far so good. Easy hook up to 3 battery's . Easy to use just plug and charge. Mounted under my pontoon deck( only spot I had) so we will see just how waterproof it is , how long it lasts. It's not underwater by any means, it does get sprayed tho. Love it so far just got back from a weak at the lake. Still working great! Thanks !!

Product arrived in a box which had previously been opened, upon further investigation, the Terminal loops had also been screwed to a battery before. This item appears to be used or at minimum, previously installed

Mounted on our 17' fishing boat. Easy to mount and hook up.

seems to be a nice product bigger than what I replaced so had to find a new mounting place.
