First off I'm a lady and I bought this in men's because I hate all the colors for the women's, not sure why companies think women don't want basic colors like black and dark gray. But we do very much want all the black and gray colors.
Little donkey is killing the outdoors game right now. The Columbia got sent back and I ended up buying 2 more.
I'm a fan of these "fisherman's" shirts (although I don't fish). They're light, comfortable, and dry quickly.
My skin is sensitive to direct sunlight and I'm an outdoors guy. The purpose of this purchase was to protect my arms from the sun. The shirt is light weight and not been uncomfortable in 75-80 degree temperatures. Bear in mind this is only the first half of April and S.C. temperatures will be consistently hotter as we move into summer.
I’m 5’9” 200lbs. I usually wear a Large in similar shirts from other brands. But Large in this shirt was bigger than expected and not tailored as well as you might find with Columbia Sportswear, so It looks a little sloppy. But the price was right and good value for a safari themed party. Time will tell how it works on the water as a fishing shirt.
It works well for yard work-- shirt breathes well- and keeps the deer flies from being so pesky-- lighter colors does not attract
I spend a great deal of time in the sun and these shirts are very lightweight and breathable. They also dry well after getting wet. The only downside was that some of the buttonhole stitching left threading that hindered being able to button, which was correctable. Overall, a great shirt for the price.
Shirt is of decent quality. Stitching needs some work. Each button gets stuck on the poor quality of stitching for each button hole. It makes me concerned for future wear and tear and dryer and machine washes. The shirt is breathable and allowed for long sleeve on a 70 degree day in Michigan
