I use these as attachment points for a boat cover for my pontoon boat. The boat cover has thru holes at the edges. I put one of these anchor points below most holes into a deck rail below the fencing on the pontoon boat.. I Put carabiner clips thru the attachment point and the corresponding boat cover hole with paracord between the carabiners. Then I have paracord tensioners to make the lines tight. Works great and attachment points are secure and easily undone when I want to take the cover off.
The rings are just fine. good polished stainless steel, no rough edges etc, etc.
The eye hooks are great, super solid and a great value.
just as on web page-- good trade-- high quality
Excellent value. Exactly what I needed to easily secure my boat canvas. Much stronger than snaps. The inclusion of stainless steel screws is an added bonus. Looking for other applications for exterior use.
I used these to add additional tiedown locations on my kayak for an aftermarket seat. They work perfect for that application.
Purchased 2 packages. Each was short on screws. Between the 2 packages I am 10 screws short. Otherwise they are exactly as described.
Good to add to tha kayak for multiple reasons. I do not trust the screws I used rivets. I ordered 3/16 kayak rivets and had to drill the the holes bigger for the rivets to fit. But I would rather have stainless that plastic.
