I wear XL T-shirt, after reading Review I decided to get 2XL it fits me tightly and very comfortably and keep my upper body warm during workout so burn more fat. You can easily wash it when you take shower and let it dry for the next day workout. |
I didn't sweat much before I threw this bad boy on. I don't know why - I'm not a secretion machine. I can work out for 2 hours and I'll glisten. On the first picture, you can the only spot that wasn't sweaty was near the collar bone. |
I saw that these ran small so I got an XL and it’s still a pretty tight fit. I honestly feel very attacked right now. Naw but in all seriousness, it gets the job done, I was sweating like crazy at the gym. It was a struggle getting it off but nothing too insane that would keep me from not using the product. Let’s just hope it’s durable. |
The only redeeming quality to this product is that it actually looks pretty good when you put it on and does give you a slim look, but it all stops there. The material makes you feel like you're putting a cross between plastic wrap, a condom and pantyhose on your body. It doesn't breath at all, so you get super hot and sticky. Your sweat basically gets trapped under it. It is about the furthest thing you could imagine from a dry fit garment. It doesn't move well either, so it tends to bunch up in places while getting stuck to your body via sweat in others, so you're constantly having to adjust it. It's also not particularly light and the material is thicker than it needs to be. Taking it off is also very difficult. The only thing I can combine the struggle to is a snake shedding its skin, because the sweat that gets trapped underneath causes it to get stuck to your body. Honestly, I went out and played basketball with it and it felt like I had a heating blanket over me. I can't imagine how bad it would be if you're lifting weights because the constant movements would surely cause the worst bunching. |
This is well made and works as intended. It makes me sweat like crazy. I am 5' 10", 210 lbs, with a slight gut, I ordered an XXL and it fits loose on me and a bit too long, but it works well. I believe I should have ordered an XL, it probably would have been a bit more snug and shorter. However, that was my mistake. The product does have a strong odor but you can air it out for a couple of days or simply use it as is and live with it for the time being. As for function, it does exactly what it is designed for. Hopefully, I'll lose the spare tire. |
The reviews from others helped. Find someone who has your size mentioned and what they bought. I am between a large - extra large in shirts. I wanted this to fit snug so it would be supportive and keep the heat. I purchased an XL and it's SNUG. It may take a couple times getting on and off gracefully but once you get it down, it's okay. I immediately ordered a second one so that i can rinse one and air dry and alternate between the two. It really makes you sweat and does a great job with not getting in the way. Think of wetsuit type fitting. |
Just like all reviews say, order a size larger than what you normally wear. I wear XL so i tried a XXL for a try. The first time I tried it on it was a hassle. I had to ask my GF to help me out. However don't let that make you hate this product because after the second day I tried it on and managed to do it myself (still quite tight) and now being the third day I can put this on with much more ease. So give it time to break in. It will fit very tightly at first and you may need help but after the third day it will be a breeze. As for on how it works well it has indeed made me sweat. I don't use it to work out but to aid me burn "fat" as I do my regular job. |
If in doubt, by two sizes and return or gift the wrong size. Such as other products like this, it may be difficult to remove, especially for the plus sized. This is not a defect, but pretty to think so. |
