These are nice pants. I wore them skiing with long underwear, during temps in the high 20's , and was warm. I usually get cold easily. They have a little give or stretch sideways but not hardly any vertically. They say 3% spandex, but they hardly stretch compared to my jeans with 3% spandex that stretch a lot both ways. I think they are water resistant, not waterproof....I felt a bit damp on my bum after sitting on the ski lifts. It could also be that they are not breathable. Overall, they were more comfortable than my Columbia bugaboo snow pants that have no stretch.
I like everything about this pants from affordability to quality. It would be nice to have more colors available. My only complaint is with the nice zippered side pockets. The zippers should be pulled up to open instead of being pulled down às the current design would make it easier for pickpockets to steal your wallet as it would make it nearly imperceptible when someone pulls down a zipper. In spite of this, I will atill recommend this quality be pants to everyone.
Definitely waterproof but have yet to find myself in a knife fight so can’t really say it’s knife slash proof.
The XXL Gray pants are light, airy and loose. They are great to be active in and not get hot. I have ordered two pairs of XXL Navy Blue pants and they are two inches smaller in the waist and thighs. The sizing is wrong on the Navy Blue pants.
Slacks fit, but are a little long for wearer. They were purchased for travel and will work well for that purpose. The fabric is a little “noisy” under use, and the imprinted logo(s) are bigger than they need to be.
I purchased these pants because I was traveling by air to Santa Fe, where it is quite cold this time of year. The pants where comfortable on the plane, and plenty warm for the New Mexico winter,
The fabric is heavy duty and stretchable and looks easy to wash and wear, however, the legs were quite long and it seems to run a little on the small side as in circumference. Knees are reinforced in a weird way but some people might like that.
Stitching in crotch came undone in first pair and second pair had clasp fall apart making both pairs of pants useles after wearing each about 3 times.
