This is Chris (Male) reviewing on behalf of my misses Amzn. account. Well, I just went swimming and freediving in 45 degree (8 deg. C for EU) lake Washington and I was toasty warm. Good water seal around openings. I had about 10lbs of weight but I think another 5-6lbs more is needed. LOTs of buoyancy. I am 5"10" and 180lbs, absolutely Mr. Medium size and a natural sinker. The large is a perfect fit.
Tips: Try putting it on in the shower or fill up a gallon jug with warm water to pour on yourself and the suit before donning. Try lots of water and go slow. Got to be better than squirting tons of soap into the water like most you tubers- cannot be good for the fishes. The outside-in method works well on the legs but be prepared for some claustrophobic conditions putting on the top!!
Seems hardwearing on the outside and I wasn't concerned about sitting on pebbles. The reinforced knees seem strong.
In summation - Its "me proof", cold proof and the best value for money I could expect!!

It is a quality wetsuit. I am not expert, it kept me warm on a spearfishing dive when another guy wearing a surf wetsuit ended up feeling cold.
I am 183cm / 6ft tall, 80 kg / 175/180 lbs weight, 32 size jeans, long torso. I got a large L size and it feels a little constricted. Maybe i need to wet the suit more with soap and water. it felt tight on the shoulders even if i am not a broad shouldered person. But once in the water it felt better.

I got it like new at a very good price. It is warm and very buoyant. I could not get anything this quality at that price. Seems like a quality suit, i wish the fit was a tiny bit larger and that cuffs were nit just cut off but have some form of stitching to protect them from tearing

Good quality, but you'll need to select 2 sizes above your normal sizing. I usually fit S/M and did my research with Cressi size chart on their website. But while attempting to get into a Large I almost suffocated haha

Fit pretty well based on the sizing chart is on Cressi website. The photos are accurate, the description is a bit off though. This is specific to freediving/spearfishing. Has bare neoprean inside so is warmer. You will need some sort of lube to get it on.

Amazing suite!!! One of my best buys of all my freediving gears!! Pure Cressi quality and what about the price!! Nobody believed me when I told them how much I paid!! Amazing deal!!! I dived in 8°C water with this wetsuite and I did'nt even got cold!!
