Initially called the company to find out if the child or adult size would work best for my 11 yr old. Less than a week before Christmas, a very friendly and informed woman answered the phone and all my questions. Just her alone made me want to place an order. It only got better. Once it was received, it fit just right and is the perfect balance of warmth and breathable. It is super soft.

The product solves two problems – it fits under a ski home at with no confining tightness – and under the neck for greater warmth A perfect combination especially for ski instructors and ski coaches –

I love this balaclava. It's thin under the helmet but has a big open face and great neck coverage. My favorite so far.

I brought these for our work trip to Canada and the Arctic …
They were great. We had 20 people of all sizes, both men and women.
They are comfortable around the neck and easy to pull up over the head when needed.

Very warm, good quality.

I own Turtlefur hats. I expected not to have to wear one on top of this shellaclava. The part that goes on the head is way too thin.

Bought for skiing but not really experienhced weather cold enough for it yet. Alright for me.
