I have quite small wrists and this was very comfortable. It didnt move around when I was running. My only criticism is that you can only put small items in such as your key and loose coins (or energy sweets). The product was not expensive and definitely good value.

It's a band to hold keys while you run, what can I say? Fits snug on my skinny wrists and is no distraction while running.
