I use these socks for walking and jogging. They work well. No blisters etc. The tab protects the back of my heel. But they are a tiny bit thicker than I usually like in a running sock.

I want to hug the Asics employee(s) who decided that the company should offer a sock in size XS. With a shoe size of 5.5, finding a size S sock where the heel doesn't ride up to my ankle is very difficult. These socks earn 5 stars not only because of their fit, but because both the quality and comfort are excellent!

Great fit, great material and super comfortable.

they fit as expected. No issues

These socks are good, they are thicker than I had thought they would be.

    Nice socks

I have been running on Asics sock for 15 years. They usually last me at least 30-50 runs of 5-15 miles. Three pairs of orange and black sock they made lasted five years and over 1500 miles.

Out of the box, I noticed a typo on the packaging. I contacted Amazon and asked if they were knock-offs / fakes. Amazon immediately refunded me, and told me to keep the socks. I thought, what the heck, lets put them to use.

These socks (three pairs) lasted about 5-8 runs before threads came undone, and a hole developed in the bottom of two. I cannibalized the left overs and managed to get two lefts and a right that lasted about 150 miles or 20 runs or. And they too gave out. I was so disappointed that quality could be so poor, or that fakes would make their way into Amazon's own inventory. What's worse, I contact Asics America and they would not confirm nor deny the typo.

I have ordered three pairs of Features Merino wool socks, and will have to run on them for a while before passing judgment. Off the bat, they feel thinner and less sturdy than the old Asics.

I keep searching the web for those orange black wool blend Asics, to no avail.

BTW, good wool blend socks feel great, regulate temperature very well (even in extreme hot weather), and are naturally oder repelling.

I'm an avid runner, as well as self-proclaimed sock snob. I usually run in specialty run socks with the arch compression, ankle tab, left-right foot construction -- basically the works. I got these from my local specialty running store, and was able to try them on before purchasing them. Luckily I did, because the ASICS size chart recommends I wear a small (Women's 7) but the medium was more comfortable for me.

I tried these for a long run, and these were great! Wool is generally associated with cold weather only, but the store associate said these are great for temperature regulation in general. He was certainly right about that -- the temperature during my run was mid-80s and these never got sweaty and stayed dry and comfortable. Plus they're very soft to boot.

If anyone is on the fence about getting these, I hope this review can give you some more clarity. My only recommendation is sizing up if you're towards the end of a sizing run.
