This is my second pair if Lacrosse boots. They are excellent. Keep in mind, with 1600g of insulation, they are heavy! |
Have been wearing Lacrosse for years. My old Alpha Burly 1000gram were finally worn out after many years of hard hunting. These fit perfect and every bit as well made and comfortable as my old boots. Definitely warmer as they should be, but a great boot i hope to get many years out of as i have with all my prior Lacrosse boots. |
these boots started out great, but i have yet to find a pair of boots that will last me a season. so far i've had 2 pairs of these and they both ave out on me. not a problem with design, i walk out on the ice a lot during the winter (5 to 20) miles a day. crabbing and fishing. if you're not over using these boots they're great. they kept my feet warm up until the ankle area and support insoles gave out on me. but i do recommend them if your looking for a good pair of boots. |
wore these a lot during the 2020 season and they held up great,no cracking or sole separation.they are a little heavy but were ok for still hunting, i was surprised how well my foot stayed in them while hiking around.i am a 10.5 so the 11 size was great after putting insoles with toe warmers and heavy socks, but while using toe warmers there was condisation mostly up the sides of the boot,i believe my good wicking wool socks helped but the boots were dry by morning so no problem . i did not have a problem taking them off like others said.even with out the toe warmers my feet stayed warm.great boot. |
These boots are slightly large, felt a little strange at first but I got used to them pretty quick. I bought these back in September and only wore them opening gun deer season in northern Wisconsin for the first time. Mornings were in the upper teens this year so not too bad. My feet get cold very easily but not with these. Paired with my heavyweight darn tough socks my feet were warm and actually sweating after sitting for 5 hours. I'm extremely impressed with the performance of these boots and they're far lighter than my old rocky boots that I swore by for over 12 years. Highly recommend! |
These are not waterproof! After my feet came in contact with water, they were soaked on the inside. |
Very comfortable and warm for the winter, I wear them hunting and ice fishing. |
The boots fit great and are very warm however after the first day in the field (less than 4 hours) the camo pattern on the toes had already began to rub off showing a grey/white discolored. For the price and being lacrosse I was expecting better quality |
After my Irish Setter Rutmasters wore out I wanted a similar replacement. I’ve read too many reviews describing how that boot’s quality and durability have tanked in the past few years so looked for an alternative. Canadian Tire and Cabela’s brands are ok but don’t last either. At 1/2 to 1/3 if the price why would they? These Lacrosse boots seem to fit the bill and the reviews were positive. They fit as expected: I’m a 11.5/ 45 EUR and bought the 12s... they fit slightly big but are still ok to walk distance. I would say they’re on the wider side. My only and very slight criticism so far is the stiffness in the upper heel area; Rutmasters had neoprene in this spot so were more comfortable, but that’s also an area that sprang a leak as the boot aged. So I’m optimistic about this boot. For the price I have high expectations... $210 on sale |
Took forever for them to arrive which is a negative but that has nothing to do with the boots |
Stands up great, I get three years out of this boot. I wear them all year around ----- fall deer hunting, winter coyote hunting, spring turkey and summer scouting and stand set ups. |
Happy Hunter |
