Rocky Broadhead Waterproof Insulated Outdoor Boots are created for the intense hunter, especially the bow hunter who walks farther, stays longer, and wants lightweight boots. Broadhead boots are waterproof hunting boots. Rocky guarantees that they keep your feet dry as you walk through mud, over soggy ground and among wet leaves. And if you're walking, you want to walk comfortably. The Broadhead is designed as a comfortable boot with an EVA midsole and a special, lightweight aggressive rubber skin outsole. Despite the great tread and grip on this outsole, this boot is 33 percent lighter than the average hunting boot. That's important if you are going to walk the extra mile after your prey; you don't want heavy boots. These lightweight boots also help you move easier, more quickly shifting direction and making less noise than you would in heavy, cumbersome boots. The boot upper is made of ripstop nylon to stand up to underbrush. This features a Realtree Xtra; camouflage pattern that helps you blend well with your surroundings. You definitely want camouflage boots. Additional performance comes from the interior features of these men's boots. The moisture management lining does exactly as it implies; it manages moisture to help prevent your feet from sweating. It's a good feature to have because your feet will stay warm during those long hours of hunting. These are insulated hunting boots with 400 grams of 3M Thinsulate Insulation. The BroadHead promises to go the distance with even the most dedicated of bow hunters.
Whether you're planning a serious wilderness expedition or a hike around town, Rocky is the source for performance footwear. Rocky offers a wide selection of hunting boots, high quality work shoes, and rugged casual shoes. Materials including Gore-Tex, Polartec, and Thinsulate offer waterproofing and insulation. Hiking through the woods, at work, or sitting in your tree stand Rocky boots are perfect for your lifestyle activities. Rocky boots are built for hunters, hikers, and the working men and women so you know you can count on them to get the job done.
I simply don't buy boots anymore unless they are GoreTex and from a reliable brand. I go back and forth between Rocky and Danner all the time.
I purchased 2 pairs of these boots about a year ago and initially gave them a good rating because they were light and comfortable, now after a year they've changed my mind. The uppers on both pairs have holes worn in them and are no longer waterproof, the materials used in construction are so crappy they just fall apart, look at the soles in the pictures, these boots were hardly even broken in and of the four boots not one isn't falling apart. Stay away unless you have money to waste
The boots fit a little tight at first but they loosened up quickly & fit as expected. I was able to wear the boots all day without any problems. The boots are very light & provided good stability & traction.
Within one week boots literally frayed and tore. The material frayed, and caused a hole, after they were worn twice. I emailed seller to exchange them thinking maybe I just got a bad pair. Seller never responded. Now I’m stuck with boots with a hole that were worn twice.
Husband LOVES these boots! They fit great, are very light weight and very warm! He can't wait to get back in the woods to give them a true test! Our nephew also has a pair and I have only heard good things about these high quality boots!
Very comfortable boots. Only complaint is I normally wear 8.5 and have very narrow feet so I ordered 9s in hopes of being able to wear thick socks. Unfortunately size 9s are very tight on me.
Watch the toes, I have had them for 5 months and the toes are all ready starting to separate from the boot on top. I was told they will do that from a coworker, I should have listened.
Exactly what I needed
