These are GREAT! I went on a 25-mile ride and survived! Before I had these my butt was in so much pain. But these things really helped out and made a BIG difference. My other buddies paid a lot more for theirs and these seemed to perform just as well.
These seriously help with riding long distances. I am a taller, heavier built man. The exact stats for myself are 6' 2" and 200Lbs for comparison. Wearing the TOPTETN 3D Bicycle Cycling Underwear Shorts along with proper posting (standing up while riding to avoid absorbing shock) over rough areas on the trail helps reduce soreness after riding for hours. I ride a mountain bike and sit in an upright position. I recommend this product for the value and practicality.
These are very lightweight padded underwear for bike riding. The general fit is good except the wast line is cut fairly low and exposes the tip top of my butt crack. The materials feel a little cheap, a little rough. The outer material is perforated and breathable. The pad is a little too wide for my taste in particular because the padding is very rigid and not too comfortable to walk in. The pad fabric could be softer too. I wear them as a back up. I prefer other more traditional/ tried and true brands.
They provide good padding as advertised. My only complaint is they slip down inside my pants. Kind of like what happens if the elastic waist band breaks on your boxer shorts. I ordered the extra large as I have a 38" waist but they seem to fit everywhere except at the waist. In fact, I think they are a bit short waisted if that is a term. If they came up higher they might stay up. This doesn't happen when i am riding but when i get off my bike and take a few steps they immediately slip down. Then I have to reach around and slip my hand down inside my pants to pull them back up.
For how cheap they are, I can’t really complain too much about them. $16 compared to $60+ is pretty good. I normally wear a small but I’ve had experiences where a small is too small on me so I got a medium and they’re a little loose. So I figure they fit true to size. I will most likely order another one in a small. The shorts material is more mesh and not spandex but what can you expect for a price so low. It’s padding on it is a little too good. It feels like you’re wearing a diaper but you forget about it once you start riding.
I saw this product advertised on Facebook and when I went to the site, it looked like something I'd like to try on my rides. I found it on Amazon for at least $15 cheaper. This is basically a pair of underwear for my bike shorts. The padding is very comfortable. Wish that I'd had it on my last 100+ mile ride.
These things were a total bust. Went for a three hour motorcycle ride and my butt hurt more with these things on. Felt like I was sitting on something uncomfortable the whole ride. These maybe good for a bicycle but not for a motorcycle. Don't waste your money. In fact, I should have ate the money I spent on these. At least I would have gotten some nutritional value out of the money.
Excellent gel padding but they ride up so much that they are terribly uncomfortable. I was constantly trying to adjust them but no matter what I did they kept ridding up and felt like they where choking my legs out.
Not what I expected but for something less than $10 you get what you pay. Did try but not comfortable at all.
Very light and Efficient
