Well made and looks nice.
I use mine to hold a collapsed steel baton. The baton is 5 1/2" L x 7/8" Diameter and it's a snug fit.
My only gripe / wish it were different is that the loop in back is static and not a snap button to make this case MOLLE compatible.
Aside from that I love it.This item is really well made and definitely compliments the Sentinel line. The pouch holds a AA Maglite or a thick highlighter but doesn't fit anything larger. The snap is strong and the material is thick and a bit stiff. It is just a bit small for my Surefire light so I will use it to hold extra pens so I don't look like Lewis in Revenge of the Nerds with a pocket protector.
Got this for my duty belt and it works well. I have a small mag light inside if you have a the longer led on it will not fit.
