For use with the Valken V12 system. Each interchangeable nozzle allows you to raise or lower your velocity based on an input pressure of 120psi. Of course you can adjust your psi to vary your velocity as well. Valken, nothing but the best.
Great for the Valken v12 drop-in. No issues installing, very simple (remember to lube it first before installing if you are doing this install yourself). I used Empire Marker lubricant which seemed to do the trick using about 2k BB's outdoors but needed cleaning right after I was done for the day since it was raining a little out and gathered up some dust and what have you. If you have purchased the drop-in V12 you may have noticed how terrible the stock nozzle is when using a small barrel length. This is your possible solution if you are using a CQB style gun barrel length 6-8" like I am which is not listed in Valkens specifications. I turned my PSI WAY down from 120 which is the tested PSI from Valken to about 80-90 or so and adjust my cycle valve timing way down from the default 6ms to 2ms and saved 500 or so PSI which was about 600+ BBs or so for me and sitting at 380FPS (no matter what PSI I was at) with a 7" barrel and 450FPS with 6" barrel extension, 13" total barrel length - NOTE: chrono'd using .20s which is the standard for most airsoft fields and not .25s as described in the Valken specifications). Still not the best in air consumption compared with a friend using a P* Jack that day but pretty close and changing the stock poppet may help out quite a bit with some potential shimming which I have yet to test. I don't claim to be a know it all with HPA systems but this was the results with a stock G&P 6.07-6.08 inner barrel diameter I believe it is and ProWin hopup and stock G&P bucking. No fancy mods...yet.. just teflon. HPA experts are more than welcome to correct me if I am misinforming on any settings for the V12 I have stated but this is not a how-to on the V12 settings, just a review and my experience with the nozzle and reducing air consumption. Overall a awesome upgrade if you just purchased a Valken V12 drop-in and are experiencing FPS issues with a smaller barrel length than specified by Valken along with excessive air consumption which was my main concerns that I wanted to address.
These are stock 090 nozzles. I received a replacement and the bore is still the same size as the stock nozzle. The picture provided has the nozzle side by side with my stock nozzle. The packaging says 160-Black, but the bore itself is only 090. The original one I received had a different kind of grease on it, and seemed to be used (slight wear on the finish). I will not buy this again, as I am sure the 3rd one I would receive would also be a stock black nozzle instead of the 160 high flow.
The nozzle is not red all though it states red. Its a black nozzle, but it performs just as well as the red one. I was hitting 485 fps with .25 bb's at 120 psi
Great worked awesome.
Love it FPS isn't as high as I wish tho
