I'm a Spin Instructor, Personal trainer, and former triathlete who still bikes- both road and woods. I've worn lots of different bike shorts, skorts, and tights over the past 30 years, and needed a long pair for spinning in my garage during the pandemic. Love the colors on these as well as the price, but the padding and waist fit are terrible. The padding literally is like a huge hunk of foam cut in a bike seat shape. it does NOT CONFORM in any way once you pull the tight on, so you walk around with a baggy, hunk of foam between your legs--most uncomfortable. On the bike, the padding serves its purpose well enough, but off, totally uncomfortable. And it said 'drawstring' at the waist which it does not have, thus I constantly need to pull up the tights given the foam drags them down. I am 5'7" athletically built, 138lbs-the small fits fine IF the padding was normal and it had a drawstring! Would not order again--worth paying more to get a good, comfortable pair of tights! |
These didn’t work for me bcs the very thick padding was too big for my small butt. They slipped side to side. I road cycling and I felt these would be great for spin class or beach cruising or for someone with a Med or large butt. I bought a small (which fit nice), but they were really long for me. I’m only 5’2-143ish so the length wasn’t my issue. The material, high waist , pockets & colors were really nice! |
The pad feels like a diaper. I have cycled over 6000 miles this year so I know a good pad from a bad one. This pad is way too wide and the pad itself isn't even good! |
