I searched far and wide for something that was going to actually be waterproof, form-fitting and comfortable to wear. This jacket has absolutely met all my criteria. Even on chilly days I can just put a sweatshirt underneath this and be warm

I have this jacket and bought the exact same one for my mother as a gift! It keeps you dry but also has a thin fleece lining so it is not too heavy for different seasons to wear!

Very nice light eight jacket. Runs a little larger.

Extremely comfortable! Has a light lining to help keep warm as well. Stayed dry the entire time while wearing it!

This jacket runs a bit large, but overall is great. I've had it for a week or so but surprisingly had no chance to use it until today and it was a pretty good time to test it - we're about to get a tropical storm/hurricane and we had a wild, wild storm today - rain was coming from all directions, so the zipper pockets were helpful. I didn't have to worry about things getting wet because I was soaked, but also didn't have to worry about things falling out into knee-high water.

The hood is sufficient; there's not much any jacket can do when the rain is coming at you horizontally as well as above, behind and from the side, but it did stay on despite the wind. It's intended for warmer weather and has a fleece lining inside, so this won't work for everyday thunderstorms for me in this location, but times like this when the temperature drops from 96 to 76 in a matter of hours, it's great and I'll be glad to have it on hand. It'll be great for our winters since it will block the rain but also provide some warmth without bulk.

It's a longer length jacket which I appreciate in the wind since I'm usually wearing dresses. That said, I wouldn't normally wear this with business casual attire, it's definitely a casual jacket that doesn't pull off any kind of transition.

I fell in love with this lightweight jacket the first time I put it on. It is waterproof and has a very breathable lining and an attached hood with drawstrings. It’s a pretty brushed burgundy color, perfect for spring and fall.
It fits true to size and has drawstrings to make it more fitting if a looser fit is not desired. It is a tad bit tight in the hips, but it does have a small slit in the back for more mobility. The slit could very easily be adjusted if more room was needed. Overall, a very nice jacket!

This Columbia jacket is really nice, but it is lightweight. It is more for early morning summer hike than cold winter. It is really thin, lined and water resistant. The fabric is nice quality. The color I got is dark burgundy, not my favorite color. It has a drawstring on the waist that can be adjusted to fit your waist line better. The fabric also helps to protect you from the wind. It also has a hood. There are a few pockets making this jacket functional. Overall this is a nice hiking jacket, or for a rainy day out in the city.

Wind, rain, snow, or any other element you can think of will get through this wmachine-washable jacket! Starting at the neck, there are two snap buttons and at the hem there's one more snap button. The zipper goes from hem to neck and there are three Velcro closures mid body to give the zipper extra protection. The hood has a draw string to bring it as closed as you'd like and two locks to keep it there. Inside the jacket by the lining is another tie draw string so you can have the jacket as snug to the waist area as you'd like. The sleeves have Velcro at the wrists to make those areas waterproof, as well. This is a rugged jacket that does as it's advertised to do.

I like everything about this jacket; warmth, fit, appearance—Charcoal. Highly recommend. Price too is reasonable.
