Over forty years ago Terramar was the first company to introduce silk performance base layer products. Therma silk is still going strong. The thermasilk sock liner offers a natural super soft touch and feel with all the technology you need. The result is a breathable lightweight liner that keeps you warm, dry and comfortable for all your outdoor adventures. The tradition continues.
Bought these for my younger daughter. She used them 5 times, washed and dried. They shrunk progressively getting smaller and smaller. After the 5th wash they we're no good. I though it was my imagination as I had an increasingly difficult time positioning them on her feet. I put her liners on, her socks, and tie the shoe laces on her boots to make sure that her feet are comfortable for the 5 plus miles strenuous hikes up hill. To give you an idea of just how much these liners shrunk, my daughter's Merrel's hiking boot size is a size 1. In the end the heel of the liners ended up around the middle of her arch. It turned into a 5 inch liner. See photo below. Normally I would have just tossed these out, but because I paid near $30, I decide to try to send them back. Of course the seller replied they cannot take them back because they've been worn. The rest of my family uses FoxRiver liners bought at REI for 1/2 of the price. They have never shrunk. My advise to potential buyers is don't buy these at all. Go to REI where YOU CAN return them if they don't work out.
My kids have eczema, so this was a perfect barrier for their feet under wool socks while skiing. Great quality and will have these for years to come.
Shrunk almost half the size with a couple of hand washing. For kids with wide, thick feet. Odd cut.
I like them because they’re shorter.
I love them.
Grandson sait they are great under soccer socks which they always give him too big. He was getting blisters. No more
They don't hold up well after being washed.
