This is an amazing sneaker! I had a very hard time deciding which sneaker to get because there are so many to chose from. I wore them on my trip to Australia and I did a ton of walking. My feet loved them! No sweating, no blisters, no aches. It was like walking on clouds. I’m a solid 7, and they fit perfectly. My feet are not narrow or overly wide. It’s a great looking shoe. They aren’t chunky looking or loud and bright. They aren’t narrow looking either. My laces stayed tied, which is important. No rocks, sand or pebbles got into my shoe. They feel light on my feet, yet not too light that they feel cheap. I’ve worn them quite a bit and they still look good as new. I get a ton of compliments and even though I got the blue pair they go with everything. They are also a good shape for ankle socks. Some sneakers dip to low and too much sock sticks out. I wore these shoes hiking up a pretty steep mountain in upstate NY. They gripped the rock really well on my way up and down. They don’t have a vibram sole, but the Merrill sole was just as good and could handle the rough trails I was on. For $100 this was great and well needed purchase. I expect them to last awhile!

I tried these on at my local store, stood up, and said "I'll buy them." I then bought 3 more pair through Amazon. Fits perfect! The insole comes out and my orthotics fit perfect. No break-in period. Very comfortable-I walk about 5 miles a day on cement, asphalt, and dirt. The blue color is very nice - more like indigo.

They don't have enough support in the uppers as they are too flexible. NOT god for downhill--flat pavement only

I normally wear a 8.5 in women's Asics, which I previously used for hiking. Due to the lack of traction running shoes provide, I decided to buy these as my first hiking shoes. Since I also decided to invest in thicker hiking socks, I opted for a size 9 shoe, which allowed for a comfortable fit with my new socks. My first hike with them was 8 miles with a 3,000 ft ascent, and they were amazingly comfortable and practical. I didn't ever lose my footing, which occasionally happened with my old shoes, and the shoes, combined with the new socks, resulted in no blisters whatsoever. I would definitely recommend these!

I have been wearing these shoes occasionally for less than one month! I wore them to walk around the city and once to an aerobics class at the gym and they are already getting a big hole on the right side. They are extremely comfortable and felt like good quality; however, I'm so disappointed that they are already wearing out! I wish there were some way I could get them replaced or returned because they were extremely expensive for the small amount of wear I got from them.

I live in my Merrell boots all through the winter, so I was so excited to find these to wear in warmer months. These don't seem to have the same quality as my winter boots:
    1. The foot bed is REALLY stiff - I mean no cush at all. On the flip side, there's lots of arch support.
    2. The foot bed seems to drop off altogether just after the ball of your foot. It feels like your toes are wearing a different pair of shoes with no support.
    3. The toe area curls up oddly - kinda like elf shoes. This along with the lack of padding in the toes made them feel like something you'd wear if you were rock climbing and needed something you could jamb into little crevices, but not for walking on flat surfaces.
    4. They're narrow and somewhat pointy. I wear medium width shoes, and these felt tight through the ball of the foot and toes.
    5. The color isn't great. Not light enough to be considered white, but not dark enough to be considered even a light grey. My husband said the color made them look used right out of the box.

I just returned from a two week trip to Scotland that included city walking and hiking. These shoes were fantastic! Mud and dirt simply did not effect the shoes in spite of the light color. Lightweight, good arch support!

I read other reviews and many people said they run small, yet others said run large...confusion set in! I have an average size foot medium width, in a size 10. These shoes for me were true to size, so glad I didn’t size up/down. Right out of the box, I put them on they are very comfortable, light weight shoe.

These are really comfortable walking shoes. No need to break them in & they have a good instep support so you really can do the mileage in them. What stops me from giving them 5 stars is firstly they are not great for gripping if the ground is wet, they are white so be prepared if you wear them in wet conditions they never look as good as they first did & finally if the rain is heavy your feet will get wet.

This is my fourth pair of Merrell shoes of differing styles and have found each pair extremely comfortable. I have back problems and they fit the bill perfectly as I can walk all day, especially on holiday when out exploring, and have no pain whatsover. I can also recommend Merrell Chameleon Kahuna sandals which have the same effect. Heaven!

Very comfortable, but sadly did not last. The fabric started to split just behind the reinforcing around the toe, not a good design. Clearly the reinforcement needed to extend back beyond the toe area.

I am really pleased with these trainers. They are just great, they fit perfectly, no wearing in time needed, very light and comfortable for long distances. Wearing them from the day i got them and thinking of another pair in different colour.

Very light weight & comfy - just as expected from Merrell
Went for good walk with no problems though dust from track seemed to stick to front of shoes

These fit lovely. I haven’t worn them yet as I bought them for the summer walking I will be doing. They look good and I am hoping they will be as good as the other Merrill walking boots I have

Very comfortable, never had a problem with Merrell boots or trainers so had no concern over which size to buy with shopping online.

Very comfortable, but useless, dangerous for hiking if the surface wet. Very slippery!!! I am so disappointed about this, do not understand Merell. Vaste of money as I have trainers to use just for walk.

    Generous sizing and comfortable

Nice pale colours and very comfy for walking in.

    Amaizing.

Good fit, love the colour. Great value

Love these. Super comfy straight from day 1. A little pricey but I guess sometimes you do get what you pay for. Would definitely recommend.

Great light weight trainers - comfortable and summer friendly

    Great summer walking shoes
