Good main space and the straps mean you can get it nice and tight for activity. Only reason it isn't 4 stars is it could do with more separate sections, most obviously being a zip pouch on one side but not the other. The other being the waist strap does have an obvious tuck away when not being used which I have had in similar bags in the past.
