A:You need to unlink it from previous account first.Simply login to the last account in the Swiftfinder APP,delete the Smart tag object.
2. Q: Why can’t my Smart Tag be found in the APP?
A: It’s likely your smart tag is in sleep mode.Press and hold the button to activate it first.
3. Q:Why does my Smart Tag sometimes beep randomly?
A:1. If you have separation alert set up. The tag will beep when losing bluetooth connection to the phone due to various reasons.,you can turn on the silent mode feature to avoid false alert indoor.
2. If your tag beep after by dropped or shocked,please open it and reinstall the battery.

2. The Bluetooth module in Android phone may freeze from time to time. If you noticed that the tag is not connected with the Swifitfinder app even if it is close to your phone, please restart Bluetooth on your phone.

I have been wanting to try an item like this for awhile now. I am so impressed with this item. My phone rings even when its on silent. And the tracker is loud enough to hear even when it is in my purse and away from me. Perfect to find my lost items! And easy to replace batter when it does eventually die!! |
Was never able to get these to work. One would ring at random times. I tried to reset them several times. No matter where my keys, or Wallet were ,the map on my phone would indicate they were in my yard. |

I could not keep them paired with my Bluetooth. My phone started making a wind chime sound. That noise was alert for my keys and wallet that was "out of range"... The keys and Wallet was a foot from my phone. I tried for 4 days and these are junk. Just don't buy them! |
