These fit well and seem sturdy. They have been worn and washed several times and have held up very well. My only gripe is that the belt loops are too narrow and will not accept a standard Boy Scout belt.
Nice quality pants. Not too thin. I bought these as an alternative to the Boy Scout uniform pants. They are more light weight than the uniform pants the scout store sells. Great for backpacking. The BSA uniform belt also fits through the belt loops.
These are my son’s favorite pants. He likes that they have a elastic cinch at the cuff that he can easily hike them up to his knees without unzipping the whole leg off. Material is nice lightweight and washes/ dries easily.
We bought these as an option for scout pants, but found the fabric to be quite rough to the touch compared to the scout official ones that are quite soft. We ended up returning and sticking with the scout official convertible pants.
I ordered these for my tall, slender, 13 year old son. They fit him great in the waist-didn't even need the belt. But they are a little short on him. I ordered them for him to wear in Mexico on a mission trip, so they will work just fine. They do run just a little short though.
These pants served it's purpose and did the job, however I was disapointed that the bottom ankle area does not properly tie down and create a smaller opening as advertised. I felt like they should strap down further, afterall they are little kids pants. They are lightweight and built nice otherwise.
They run a shade big but, they are pretty decent, especially for a kid who'll only get about a year or so out of them. They have the adjustable inside waste thing with the buttons! Some people mention a belt, I am assuming they mean that. Whatever, I like these.
I bought these for my 13 year old son for a hiking trip in the mountains. He liked the way they fit, said they worked well, and had wore them a few times since. They seem to be holding up fine but he only wears them on occasion.
